A modern interpretation of hatha yoga, with asanas rooted in same alignment and the use of dynamic movements and holds to find something new within each pose. I teach people from all walks of life.
I began my personal practice in early 2015, seeking a way to relax and move my body. From there, I grew my practice with my local studio, connected with teachers around Chicago and continuously delved into all things yoga. In 2018 I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Shambhava Yoga at their Shoshoni ashram, tucked away in Colorado’s Front Range.
