Hi, I’m Lisa.
I’m a writer who’s constantly exploring what that term means to me.
For ten years, being a writer meant working on campaigns, websites, brochures, guidelines, events, and more for brands and companies of all kinds.
For a few years in that same period, being a writer meant helping other people tell their stories, from artists honing their statements to a woman putting together her first cookbook.
These days, being a writer means editing and writing for publications in the Bay Area after graduating from the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism.
Throughout my life, being a writer—and, synonymously, being a reader—is how I’ve navigated the world.
